"... SPATIALLY ENABLING AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND..."
Statement of Purpose - to create new wealth and benefits for the participants of the CRCSI through research innovation and commercialisation; through educational activities; and through powerful collaborations that build institutional capacity.
Operation - CRCSI brings together substantial cash and in-kind from its partners to identify the question of our future spatial information needs and to seek innovative solutions to these needs.
The CRCSI uses the collective wisdom of a broad base of participants to accelerate the industry wide growth; generate intellectual property; seek efficiency gains for government; inform environmental management; and best position the research and education programs of universities and other institutions.
The CRCSI has concluded its first term and has been successful in applying for new funding to 30 June 2018. The new set of participants, numbering over 100, are listed in a transition website.
Our achievements are recognised internationally and are summarised in this brochure.
